Horizons Expansion
The expansion of Horizons into the Russian Federation and CIS region comes in response to growing demand from clients in non-sanctioned jurisdictions and sectors, such as Europe, East Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. With ongoing sanctions and rapidly evolving Russian legislation, foreign companies in Russia continue to face dynamic challenges. Equally, last year’s departure of foreign companies resulted in brands from other jurisdictions or domestic companies filling the market gap. According to the Chinese General Administration of Customs, bilateral trade turnover between China and Russia grew 38.7% in the first quarter of 2023 compared to 2022.
