China’s ‘One Window, One Form’ policy for business registration in full swing

On 28 February 2018, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC) jointly announced the circular (letter of notice) on the implementation of  ‘One Window, One Form’ Business Registration Filing for Foreign Invested Entities. The circular follows from the 19th People’s Congress plan to further optimise foreign direct investment environment, the introduction of a record-filing administration for Foreign Investment Entities (FIE) 2016 and last year’s nationwide adoption of five business certificates into one policy.
